Our Team

Six guides. One standard: if we cannot explain it simply, we have not finished the meeting.

Amira Cole smiling in a bright office

Amira Cole

Principal advisor

Amira leads first conversations. She sketches the household on a single page: who earns, who depends, what would be painful to replace. She has spent her career translating life cover into years rather than slogans, and she reviews every new guide’s first ten files.

Households ask for her when a decision has been postponed for too long. She is comfortable ending a meeting with “not this policy,” and she writes that down as carefully as a yes.

Julian Hart in a tailored jacket

Julian Hart

Claims guide

Julian opens claim files and stays until the outcome is in ordinary language. He prepares document lists, explains excesses, and tells people early when a wording is unlikely to respond. He would rather disappoint someone on day two than on day forty.

Before claims, he spent years reading motor and home disputes. That is why his checklists ask for photos, names, and dates while the details are still fresh.

Priya Raman, health cover lead

Priya Raman

Health cover lead

Priya builds the comparison sheets that split hospital, outpatient, medicines, and waiting periods. She asks about care you already receive before she looks at a premium, because a cheap plan that excludes your treatment is not cheap.

Families with children and older parents are her everyday files. She is particular about who counts as a member and will not let that definition stay implied.

Mateo Alvarez, home and property guide

Mateo Alvarez

Home and property

Mateo separates buildings, contents, and liability until each has a number. He talks rebuild cost, named valuables, renovations, and the weeks a home might sit empty. Renters and owners get different opening questions, and he does not blur them.

He also keeps the photo prompts people actually use after a loss: rooms, serial numbers, and the corner of the policy that explains temporary repairs.

Elena Brooks, life planning guide

Elena Brooks

Life planning

Elena works on beneficiary wording, the years a benefit should last, and the moment a household should reopen a life file. Births, separations, and new loans are her calendar. She pairs term cover with a note about when to look at a longer structure, instead of selling both at once.

She sits with Amira on complex family arrangements so the paperwork names the people the client thinks it names.

Noah Adeyemi, motor and travel guide

Noah Adeyemi

Motor and travel

Noah handles the policies people buy in a hurry: the car and the trip. He slows both down. Named drivers, usage, excesses, activity lists, and cancellation sit in his opening questions. He is fond of crossing out a benefit the client does not need and showing the money that frees up.

If you are leaving soon, he will tell you which facts must be disclosed before departure and which can wait until you are home.

You Will Not Be Passed Around

When you write to hello@cebapay.com, the reply names the guide who will hold your file. If that person is away, you are told who is covering and what they already know. We do not restart your story to make a queue look efficient.

Guides meet each week to read one difficult wording together. The point is shared judgment, not a script. You should hear the same standard whichever name is on your note.
